clean comfortable and convenient for our trip, we had a good breakfast before we continued our journey north,
clean and comfortable
I was woken by the cleaner knocking on the door at 6:40 am. I thought this was excessively and rudely early and I was tired for the rest of the day. Occupied rooms should not be disturbed this early.
A cooked breakfast was included in the price. The staff were helpful. It was very reasonably priced.
The breakfast room did feel rather hectic and so not particularly peaceful/relaxing, but I think they were particularly busy that Sunday.
Lovely room lots of space and not being rushed out when it was the day to leave
Can not fault the hotel but didn't like the price of the wifi, so we didn't have it.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The whole breakfast experience was poor, no clean plates or mugs, dirty plates etc left on tables, there was not enough food for the amount of guests and the few staff there were seemed to be overrun trying to to check people out of the hotel while also having to keep tables clear and food replenished (as I work in the food industry I would also suggest this practice is unhygienic). The 2 toasters for the whole of the hotel were probably the slowest in the known world !
I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express before and have always found them to be very clean and well presented rooms. The restaurant facilities are very good. The staff are always most helpful. Internet facility is available. Spacious parking arrangements available which is most important.
When I arrived there was confusion about my payment in advance before the booking date, otherwise I have no complaints.
Very convenient for motorway and city.
They were short staffed so there was no hot beakfast available.
Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilties. Didn't try the pub across the carpark for food. Breakfast was fine - decent choice and plenty of it. Would recommend.
The staff were accommodating they were able to let me check in early so I caould get ready for the wedding I was attending. Very polite and friendly.
very clean and tidy, plenty of parking. Tea and coffee in room. Comfortable beds.
breakfast is OK, but it's better at the Premier Inn. Limited channels on the TV.
We were very happy with all aspects of our stay at the hotel, in particular the hotel reception staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient .
Staff service was excellent, going that bit further than I would have expected as normal amongst such accommodation.
The staff they were excelent
The toilet disposal was bad sink bad smell. A set of draws in the room so that items like under wear can be put away out of site as in the room we had there were only shelves. The dinning area needs to be separated from the lounge
Helpful, cheerful friendly staff. Room comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Breakfast available from 6.30am, and good selection for price.
The location of me was perfect as I was doing a 20 mile run which started and finished just by the hotel. On a Monday to Saturday the P & R bus can be used to Gloucester Town Centre for £2 return. Breakfast was included.
Too far south of Gloucester for shopping, if a taxi is needed. Not able to eat in the hotel in the evening. Plumbing problems in both rooms I had.
